Agency branding
An Agency Group has exactly two brandable fields: a logo URL and a brand color. Set either or both, and they're applied everywhere a client interacts with the portal — the portal header, badges and accent colors throughout it, and every portal digest email sent to that agency's clients.

The Logo URL field only accepts a value starting with https:// — anything else is rejected with "Logo URL must start with https://" before it saves, and a live preview thumbnail appears the moment a URL is entered (silently hidden if the image fails to load). The Brand color field requires a full 6-digit hex value — a native color picker sits next to the text field, and an invalid value is rejected with "Brand color must be a 6-digit hex color, e.g. #00C896."
Where it applies
- Every client portal login for a workspace in the group — the header logo (or ForgeSend wordmark), unread badges, filter pill highlights, the selected conversation's accent bar, and the Send Reply button color.
- Every portal digest email sent to that agency's clients — the View replies → button uses the brand color, and the agency's own display name (not "ForgeSend") appears in the footer.
Falling back to ForgeSend's default
Leaving both fields blank isn't a broken or "unbranded" state — it resolves to ForgeSend's own defaults every time: the plain ForgeSend text wordmark in place of a logo image, and ForgeSend's own emerald accent, #00C896, as the brand color. Reset to default clears both fields back to this state in one action.
Whether the portal shows your agency's own name or reads "ForgeSend" is decided by branding, not by group membership alone. An Agency Group that exists purely as an internal label — with a name set, but no logo and no brand color ever configured — still displays and reads exactly like an unbranded portal, "ForgeSend" and all. Only once at least one of logo or color is actually set does the agency's own name start appearing in portal and digest-email copy.
