AI Account Analyst
The AI Account Analyst is a chat assistant available from anywhere in the dashboard — a floating launcher, separate from the docs-only Assistant widget, that answers questions using your workspace's own live data instead of documentation. Beyond answering questions, it can also take a small set of guided actions on your behalf — but only ever after showing you a preview and getting an explicit Confirm click.

Opening it
A launcher sits in the bottom-right corner of every dashboard page, next to (but visually distinct from) the docs-only Assistant launcher. Clicking it opens a chat panel that can be expanded, minimized, or closed without losing your conversation — it stays mounted for the rest of your session, so reopening it picks up exactly where you left off.
Account Analyst
— ✕This is a separate assistant from the docs-only chat widget on ForgeSend's marketing site — that one answers general "how do I…" questions and can never see your account. The AI Account Analyst only exists inside the logged-in dashboard and only ever works with the workspace you're currently in.
Ask → Preview → Confirm
Every interaction follows the same three-step shape:
- Ask — type a question or a request in plain language, like "is my Q3 campaign ready to launch?" or "pause the campaign that's stuck."
- Preview — for anything that would change data, the Analyst shows exactly what would happen first: which campaign, which leads, which inboxes, which fields — before anything runs.
- Confirm — click Confirm to run it, or Walk me through it to do it yourself in the normal interface. Nothing runs on its own.
For plain questions this collapses to just step 1 — the Analyst answers directly from live data, with no preview or confirmation needed, because nothing is being changed. The preview/confirm cycle only appears for the guided actions and Launch Guardian.
If you refer to a campaign by name or vaguely — "my Q3 outreach", "the one that's stuck" — the Analyst resolves it to the real campaign itself by looking up your campaign list first. You should never need to find and paste a raw campaign ID.
What it can look up
For plain questions, the Analyst is read-only — it can look things up but can't change anything on its own. It draws on five areas of live workspace data:
Campaign lookup
Resolves a name or vague reference to a real campaign.
Campaign readiness
The same READY/WARNING/BLOCKED preflight check Campaign Builder runs.
Inbox health
Health score and label for every connected inbox.
Unfollowed replies
Replies still unread or with no intent tag yet.
Campaign performance
Send/open/click/reply/bounce stats, for one campaign or a workspace-wide summary.
The Analyst can call more than one of these, and call the same one more than once, before answering — and it always states what it actually checked before giving its conclusion, rather than a vague summary. If a lookup fails or turns up nothing relevant, it says so plainly instead of guessing.
Monthly message caps
Each message you send — whether it's a plain question or an action request — counts against a monthly cap tied to your plan. The cap resets at the start of each calendar month.
| Plan | Messages / month |
|---|---|
| Starter | 300 |
| Growth | 750 |
| Scale | 2,000 |
| Agency | 7,500 |
| Private Deployment | Unlimited |
On Private Deployment, the Account Analyst runs against your own Anthropic API key at your own cost, so ForgeSend doesn't impose a monthly ceiling on top of that.
Once a workspace hits its cap for the month, further messages are rejected with a plain explanation of when the allowance resets — existing conversation history stays readable, it just can't grow until the next reset.
Not the same as AI Assistant Nudges
AI Assistant Nudges is a separate, older feature: general suggestions that surface automatically on every dashboard visit, on a cadence you set (every 3 days, weekly, biweekly, or off). It doesn't answer questions and can't take action.
The AI Account Analyst is different: you ask it direct questions, and — with your confirmation every time — it can take guided actions. Its own Proactive Insights also surfaces things unprompted, but narrowly — real problems like a reply-rate drop, not general nudges — and is configured separately, workspace-wide, from Nudges' own per-visit cadence setting.
