Scheduling

The Schedule tab controls when a campaign is allowed to dispatch emails, how quickly it sends, and which inboxes are eligible. All of it lives in one tab because these settings jointly determine launch readiness.

Sending days, window, and timezone

Every new campaign defaults to Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM, UTC until you change it.

Sending days

MTWTFSS

Sending window

09:00 → 17:00

Jobs will only be dispatched within this local time window.

Timezone

America/New_York

Sending days are toggled per weekday; the window is an hour-to-hour range; timezone is a full IANA zone list, and every schedule calculation — window, days, daily cap reset — runs against whichever timezone you pick, not the browser's own. Changes save from a Save schedule button in this tab and are enforced server-side: a job outside the window simply waits for the next eligible slot, it isn't dropped.

Start date

An optional start date puts a hold on the very first send — nothing goes out before it, even if the campaign is already Active. Leaving it blank means sending can begin as soon as the campaign launches.

Daily cap and send pacing

Two more numeric controls sit next to the schedule: an optional campaign-wide daily cap, and a pacing range that spaces out individual sends.

Daily cap (optional)

150

Max emails per day across this campaign.

Send pacing

45
to
120
seconds

Random delay between individual sends.

Leaving the daily cap blank means the campaign is bounded only by inbox capacity, not by a campaign-specific number. Send pacing defaults to a 45–120 second random delay between sends; raising the minimum above the maximum pulls the maximum up with it, so the range never inverts. Launch review shows the effective daily number after comparing your cap against actual sender-pool capacity.

Sender pool

Sender pool controls which connected inboxes this campaign is allowed to use.

Sender pool — read only

Automatic

ModeAutomatic
Inboxes4 connected

Every connected, healthy workspace inbox is used.

Selected pool

ModeSelected pool — 2 inboxes
Inboxes1 send-ready · 1 needs reconnect
Manage sender pool

Automatic is the default — every connected inbox in the workspace is eligible. Switching to a Selected pool via Manage sender pool restricts sending, preflight checks, and launch-review capacity numbers to just those inboxes.

Sender pool can only be changed while the campaign is in DRAFT. Once launched, the builder shows it as locked — there's no way to add or remove inboxes from an already-active campaign's pool.

Send policy

Alongside sender pool, two toggles decide whether risky or unverified leads are skipped automatically.

Send policy — read only
Skip risky contactsOn
Skip unverified contactsOff

Invalid and suppressed contacts are always blocked, regardless of these toggles.

These two toggles are the only leads affected by an operator choice — invalid and suppressed contacts are never sendable no matter how the toggles are set.
