Introduction
ForgeSend is a cold email and outbound sending platform. Everything you do lives inside a workspace — inboxes, contact lists, campaigns, and credits are all scoped to whichever workspace is active. You send from mailboxes you connect yourself (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or SMTP) rather than from a shared sending pool, and every campaign passes through a pre-send guardrail check before it's allowed to go live.
What ForgeSend is
Registering creates your user account and your first workspace in one step — there's no separate email verification step, and no waiting period. From there, a campaign in ForgeSend is a sequence of one or more emails sent to a contact list over time, with wait days between each step. Sending capacity comes from inboxes you connect and own; ForgeSend never sends on your behalf from a shared address pool.
Before any campaign can send, ForgeSend runs a pre-send guardrail check across your domain's DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), your connected inboxes, and your lead list — and blocks the Start button until the issues it finds are resolved. See Your first campaign for exactly what that check covers.
What you'll need
- A business email domain you control. ForgeSend rejects personal email domains — Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com, iCloud, and similar — for both OAuth and SMTP connections.
- At least one inbox on that domain — a Google Workspace account, a Microsoft 365 / Outlook account, or any SMTP/IMAP mailbox.
- A CSV of contacts you want to reach, for when you're ready to build a list.
The personal-domain rejection applies the same way whether you connect via Google OAuth, Microsoft OAuth, or manual SMTP — there's no way around it by switching connection methods. It exists because sending cold outreach from a personal-domain address damages deliverability for everyone on that domain, not just you.
The dashboard
Once you're logged in, every page shares the same fixed sidebar: your workspace switcher at the top, then the main navigation, then your account row at the bottom.

The Onboarding link only appears above the main nav while you still have steps left to complete, with a live {done}/3 badge. It disappears once you finish all three steps or dismiss the checklist.
Get started checklist
The very first time you land on /dashboard with a brand-new workspace — zero inboxes, zero lists, zero campaigns — you're redirected straight to a three-step checklist before you ever see anything else.
Three steps to your first campaign
Complete them in any order — each one unlocks real sending capability, not just a checklist.

Connect an inbox
The account your campaigns send from — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or your own SMTP server.

Import a contact list
Upload a CSV of the people you want to reach. Columns map automatically to email, name, and company.

Create a campaign
Build a sequence of one or more emails with wait days between each step, then preview before it sends.
Multi-step sequences · spintax · preview before send
Create a campaignYou can complete the three steps in any order, and Skip for now is remembered per workspace — dismissing the checklist won't bring it back on your next login. The steps' completion state (and the 1/3 badge in the sidebar) is driven by your real inbox, list, and campaign counts, not a separate tracked flag, so it stays accurate even if you complete a step from somewhere other than this page.
