Pricing & plans
ForgeSend has four Cloud plans — Starter, Growth, Scale, and Agency — billed monthly or annually, plus a separate Private Deployment option for qualified businesses. There's no per-seat charge on any plan: a workspace's price is the same whether one person or a whole team uses it.

The "Monthly equivalent on annual billing" column is the equivalent monthly rate shown when you choose annual billing — you're charged the annual figure once, up front, not in monthly installments.
Each plan's monthly email figure is that plan's included sending entitlement. It is separate from the AI Account Analyst monthly message cap and from per-inbox daily sending limits. The entitlement is a commercial plan allowance, not a claim that ForgeSend automatically blocks sending at the exact threshold. If you need more volume, move to a higher plan or contact ForgeSend support.
The Agency plan includes Agency Groups, giving agencies multiple isolated client workspaces managed from one place — a unified cross-client inbox and Command Center, and branded client portals on custom domains. See Agency Groups for the full capability set.
The free trial
All four Cloud plans include a 7-day free trial when you sign up.
- A payment card is required to start the trial. You won't be charged during the 7 days.
- The first charge happens on day 8, at the price of the plan you selected, unless you cancel before then.
- Cancelling before day 8 means you're never charged.
- Sending during the trial is capped at 500 emails total, regardless of which plan you're trialing.
- Warmup isn't available during the trial — it becomes available once your workspace is on an active paid plan.
Enrichment credits
Enrichment credits are a separate balance from your Cloud plan subscription — they pay for Lead Finder searches and email-reveal imports. See Credits and costs for the full spend model and the enrichment ledger.

Every pack is the same flat $0.05 per credit — no volume discount, no markup. Credits roll over indefinitely; they never expire and never reset on a billing cycle. Your initial signup workspace starts with 50 free enrichment credits. Additional workspaces do not receive another free-credit grant. Unused purchased credits are refundable if you cancel your subscription, above a $5 minimum — see Refunds and the free signup balance for exactly how that's calculated.
Warmup
Warmup is an optional add-on, billed as its own separate monthly subscription on top of your Cloud plan — it isn't bundled into any plan's price. It becomes available once your workspace is on an active paid plan; it isn't available during the free trial.

A warmup pack's billing-period volume is a shared pool across every inbox in the workspace, not a per-inbox allowance — it doesn't roll over between billing cycles. See Warmup for how that pool is split across inboxes and how ramp/maintenance targets work.
