Client Report
Client Report is an "Email a report to this client" button inside a workspace's own Control Centre — reachable from any workspace you're a member of, agency-linked or standalone. There's no Agency Group check anywhere in the button, the modal, or the request that generates the report.

Meridian Legal Group
Period
Describes what's being reported on — this doesn't schedule anything.
Include
Period is Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly — purely descriptive of what's being reported on. Picking one doesn't schedule anything; nothing repeats automatically. Include is three independent toggles, all on by default: Pipeline stage breakdown, Estimated pipeline value, and Meetings & interest counts. All three configuration choices lock once you click Generate preview — only the free-text note in the next step stays editable after that.
Generating the preview
Clicking Generate preview costs 5 credits from the workspace's own credit balance and makes one Claude Sonnet call that writes a short narrative (3–4 sentences) summarizing the period. This is the only credit charge in this whole flow.
Weekly report
Pipeline activity was steady this week, with strong movement into Meeting Requested and a healthy volume of new Active leads entering the funnel.
Pipeline stages
Estimated pipeline value
$62,000 (was $54,000)
What you see before sending
Each toggled-on section shows a current figure compared against a prior value from earlier in the period, for exactly what it says on the tin — every stage's record count with its own change, the total Estimated Value (in the workspace's configured currency) against its prior total, and Interested / Meeting Requested / Meeting Booked counts against their own priors. If real history doesn't yet cover the full period you asked for, a note explains the comparison is based on however many days of real history actually exist.
Below the numbers, an optional note field (up to 2,000 characters) lets you add your own context before sending — this is the only thing still editable once the preview exists.
The narrative is deliberately written to never mention a raw health score or an internal term like "bounce rate," "suppression," or "risk flag" — it only ever describes a coarse trend (improving / steady / declining / not enough data yet). Nothing scoring-related from Command Center's own internals reaches a client through this report.
Sending
Report sent
Sent to 2 client contacts.
Send report emails the report to every activated client-portal user of this workspace — a portal account with access still in force and a password already set. Sending doesn't charge more credits and doesn't regenerate the narrative: it re-derives every number fresh at the moment you click Send (so a report sent minutes after the preview reflects the latest data), while sending the exact narrative text you already reviewed, unchanged. If the workspace has zero activated portal users, sending fails outright — there's no fallback recipient.
Standalone workspaces
This feature is reachable from every workspace, but it only produces real data for one belonging to an Agency Group. The numbers behind every section here — stage breakdown, pipeline value, meetings & interest, and their "prior" comparisons — are read from the same snapshot history Command Center uses, and that snapshot is only ever computed for agency-linked workspaces. Generate a report for a standalone workspace and you'll get all-zero counts, no pipeline value, and a permanent "not enough historical data yet" note — not an error, just genuinely empty data.
