Proactive Insights
Proactive Insights watches your campaigns automatically and surfaces a banner the moment something genuinely needs attention — you don't have to ask, and it doesn't run on a fixed visit-based cadence the way AI Assistant Nudges does.
The banner
A thin emerald-bordered strip appears above the dashboard content when there's something to see — for example, a campaign's reply rate dropping significantly week over week. Every insight links straight through to the affected campaign and can be dismissed with one click.

✕This banner is a separate mechanism from ForgeSend's general announcement banner — insights here are system-detected per workspace and per campaign, never admin-authored, and only ever cover a genuine detected problem, not a product update.
Insights history page
Insights in the sidebar lists every insight ever surfaced for the workspace, not just what's currently active — once dismissed from the banner, an insight disappears from the banner permanently, and this page is the only place left to find it again. Filter pills switch between All, Active, and Dismissed; a dismissed insight can be brought back into the active list from here.

Workspace toggle
Proactive Insights has its own on/off toggle on Settings → Workspace, worded "Let AI tell me about things worth knowing." It's workspace-level, not one of the per-user AI action toggles — those govern write actions the Analyst takes with your confirmation, while this one governs unprompted observations that never write anything at all. Turning it off stops both the banner and new entries appearing on the Insights history page for this workspace; it doesn't affect any other member's own account elsewhere.
