Launch Guardian
Launch Guardian runs a campaign's full pre-send preflight check in one go, then automatically fixes whatever's genuinely safe to fix — everything else it explains clearly so you can act on it yourself. Ask the AI Account Analyst something like "get this campaign ready to launch" to trigger it, rather than chaining together the individual guided actions yourself.
What it auto-fixes
Exactly three things are ever safe enough to fix automatically:
Reassigns a broken sender pool
If the campaign's sender pool points at an inbox that's since been disconnected from the workspace, it's reassigned automatically.
Pauses suppressed leads
Active leads that have since landed on the suppression list are paused within the campaign so they're excluded from sending.
Re-verifies risky leads
Leads flagged as unverified or risky are re-checked, up to 10 leads per run. Anything beyond that is reported as still needing a manual "Run list verification" pass, not silently skipped.
Each of these three maps to its own toggle in Settings → Account — sender pool reassignment reuses the same Reassign sender inboxes permission the standalone guided action uses; pausing suppressed leads and re-verifying leads have their own independent toggles, so you can allow Launch Guardian to touch sender pools without letting it touch lead statuses, or the reverse.
What it only explains
Everything else preflight can flag — missing DNS/SPF/DKIM/DMARC records, a disconnected inbox, duplicate emails in the active send pool, invalid leads, low personalization/merge-field coverage, or a trial send-limit block — is reported with its specific reason and a specific fix, but is never applied automatically. These need a real decision or an external step (adding a DNS record, reconnecting an inbox) that isn't safe to make on your behalf.
If a campaign is already READY, or every remaining issue needs manual action, Launch Guardian reports that directly rather than proposing an empty confirmation with nothing left to fix.
The preview and confirm
Launch Guardian follows the same preview-then-confirm mechanics as every other guided action — a single-use confirmation, good for 15 minutes, that only runs once you click Confirm. The preview lists exactly what each of the three auto-fixes would change for this specific campaign before you approve anything; after you confirm, it re-runs preflight and reports, fix by fix, whether it was actually applied and verified, plus a full itemized list of what still needs your own action.
