Supported sending channels
ForgeSend is an email outbound platform. ForgeSend campaigns currently send email only.
- ForgeSend does not currently send LinkedIn messages or DMs.
- ForgeSend does not currently send SMS or text messages.
- ForgeSend does not currently send WhatsApp messages.
- ForgeSend does not currently make phone or VoIP calls.
Email inbox connections
ForgeSend connects to three kinds of sending identity, all for sending and receiving email — see Connecting an inbox for setup details on each:
- Gmail / Google OAuth
- Microsoft / Outlook OAuth
- SMTP/IMAP
These inbox connection methods are for email specifically; they do not provide ForgeSend with access to Google Calendar, Google Drive, Microsoft Teams, or other non-email Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 services.
Automation and integration interfaces
These are real, available today:
- Zapier — supported through a REST Hooks integration with workspace-scoped event subscriptions and delivery tracking.
- REST API — see API keys.
- Webhooks — see Webhooks.
- MCP server — connects ForgeSend to Claude Desktop or any MCP-compatible AI agent. See MCP server.
CRM/platform integrations not currently available
ForgeSend does not currently offer a native integration with:
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- Pipedrive
- Slack
Salesforce, HubSpot, and Slack appear as Technology filter options in Lead Finder's search filters — that's a prospect-search criterion for finding companies that use those tools, not a ForgeSend integration with them. It doesn't sync data with, read from, or write to any of those products.
If you need to connect ForgeSend to Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Slack, or another system today, use the available API, webhooks, Zapier, or MCP integration options where they fit your workflow.
