Analytics
Analytics is a single view at /dashboard/analytics — no sub-tabs. It's built from three layers: four workspace-wide stat cards at the top, a filter bar, and a grid of per-campaign performance cards. Clicking any card opens a detailed breakdown for that campaign without leaving the page.

The stat cards
Four cards sum up whichever campaigns currently match your filters — there's no separate date range, so these totals track your filtered set, not a fixed time window.
Total Sent
4,812
Replied
312
6.48%
Bounced

1.21%
Hard/soft NDR bounces from inbox polling
Send Failures

0.29%
Connection or auth errors on dispatch
Total Sent has no rate. Replied, Bounced, and Send Failures each show their share of Total Sent as a percentage. All four cards use the same neutral styling — there's no red or amber tint on the cards themselves, even for Bounced or Send Failures; color coding is reserved for the per-campaign cards below.
Filtering and sorting
A search box, a status filter, a campaign-tag filter, and a sort dropdown all narrow the same grid — and the stat cards above update to match.
The status pills are All, Active, Draft, Paused, and Archived — every status is included here, not just live campaigns. Clicking a tag chip toggles it on; more than one selected tag is matched with OR. If a workspace has no campaign tags yet, this row is replaced with a line explaining tags are added from Campaigns. The sort dropdown covers Recently updated (default), Recently created, Name A–Z, Most sent, Highest reply rate, Most bounced, Most dispatch failures, and Most leads.
The campaign grid
Every matching campaign is a card in a responsive grid — 2 columns on small screens, up to 4 on wide ones.

Each card shows a status badge, a health badge (only once the campaign has actually sent something), the campaign name, sent count and reply rate — or No sends yet if it hasn't started — a bounce/failure line only when either is non-zero, up to three tag chips, and a lead count. DRAFT and ARCHIVED share the same neutral gray badge; only ACTIVE (green) and PAUSED (amber) get distinct colors. Clicking a card opens the campaign workbench.
With zero campaigns anywhere, this becomes "No campaign data yet — Analytics will appear once your first campaign has started sending." If filters match nothing, it's "No campaigns match your filters," with a Clear filters button.
The health badge
The health badge here is Analytics' own signal — it isn't the READY/WARNING/BLOCKED preflight verdict from Campaign Builder. It's computed purely from bounce and send-failure rates:
| Health | Trigger |
|---|---|
| Healthy | Bounce rate ≤1.5% and send-failure rate ≤5% |
| Watch | Bounce rate >1.5% or send-failure rate >5% |
| Risk | Bounce rate >3% or send-failure rate >10% |
The campaign workbench
Clicking a card opens a full-screen overlay with a much deeper breakdown of that one campaign — six headline stats, a health strip, step-by-step performance, and per-inbox performance.

The header repeats status, tags, lead and sent counts, and a View campaign link that's the actual way out to the campaign in Campaign Builder — the card click itself only opens this overlay, it doesn't navigate away. Below the headline stats sit two tables: Step Performance (each step's sent/pending/failed/replied/bounced/failed-send/unsub counts, with variant-level rows nested underneath and a Set as winner action per variant) and Inbox Performance (the same breakdown per sending inbox). A glossary card defines exactly what each metric means:
- Bounced = a real NDR/DSN bounce from inbox polling
- Send Failures = a dispatch, auth, or provider error
- Unsub = an explicit opt-out via the footer link
- Opens = a unique pixel load per send job, deduplicated
- Clicks = a tracked link click inside the HTML body
