Reply Copilot
Reply Copilot drafts a suggested reply for you inside Reply Box — it never sends anything on its own. Drafting and sending stay two fully separate steps, every time.
Drafting a reply
A Draft with AI button sits alongside the normal reply compose area. Clicking it writes a suggested reply using the full conversation thread as context — every message tied to that lead, not just the most recent one.
What happens to the draft
The draft lands directly in the same compose box you already use to write replies by hand — it isn't a separate preview screen or a modal you have to accept first. From there it behaves exactly like anything else you'd typed yourself:
- Edit it freely before sending
- It supports the same merge tags and gets the same live email-score badge as a hand-written reply
- Nothing is sent until you click Send Reply (or use Cmd/Ctrl+Enter) — there's no autonomous send path for a drafted reply, ever
Reply Copilot is unrelated to the AI Account Analyst's Tag a reply guided action — one writes reply text into your compose box; the other applies an intent tag (Interested, Unsubscribe, etc.) to a reply. They can both apply to the same reply independently of each other.
