Workspace & billing
The Workspace tab is already documented in full elsewhere; this page summarizes it and links out, then covers Billing in full.
Workspace
The Workspace tab lists every workspace you belong to with inline rename, an email-tracking toggle, and a create-new-workspace form.
Your workspaces
Full detail — renaming, the 2–80 character rule, the tracking toggle, and the create-workspace form — is covered in Workspace settings. Danger Zone (workspace deletion, not currently implemented) lives right next to it and is also covered there.
Currency
A Currency card sits in this same Workspace tab, right below the workspaces list — a single searchable dropdown, 157 ISO 4217 currency codes, with USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, JPY, CHF, and CNY pinned at the top of the list.
Currency
Pipeline estimated value currency
Which currency Estimated Value figures are labeled with across the Pipeline board and record details. Display only — it does not convert any stored amount.
Changing it requires an explicit Save changes click — it isn't auto-saved the moment you pick a new value, unlike some other fields on this tab. It's display-only. The workspace's own text in the app is explicit about this: it "does not convert any stored amount." Relabeling a workspace from USD to EUR turns "$28,500" into "€28,500" — the exact same underlying number, not a converted one. This currency governs Pipeline's Estimated Value field everywhere it's shown — the board, the record detail modal, the contact rollup modal, the Pipeline Funnel's per-stage value figures, and Agency Command Center snapshots.
Any workspace member can change this — there's no owner-only gating on the currency setting, unlike the API keys, Webhooks, and Self-hosting tabs elsewhere in Settings, which are restricted to the workspace owner.
In an Agency Group, each client workspace keeps its own, fully independent currency setting. There's no agency-level currency and no cross-workspace conversion — a $ figure in one client workspace and a € figure in another are never summed or compared. Agency Command Center shows each client's total labeled with that client's own currency, side by side; it never rolls them up into one combined agency-wide total.

Enrichment credits remaining
Manage billing redirects to your real Stripe customer portal, where you can update your payment method and view invoice history — none of that is shown inline here. There's no plan upgrade/downgrade picker in this tab either; changing tiers happens entirely inside that portal once you're redirected there.
Buying enrichment credits is a separate flow — the Buy credits modal reachable from the dashboard, the Enrichment page, or Find Leads — not something you do from this Billing tab. See Credits and costs.
Cancelling a subscription
A Cancel subscription button sits in its own card below usage. Confirming shows a modal before anything happens.
Cancel subscription?
Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period, not immediately — you'll keep full access until then. Any remaining enrichment credit balance is refunded automatically once the subscription actually ends, if eligible.
Cancelling never revokes access immediately — you keep the plan until the current billing period actually ends, at which point the card in this tab switches to Subscription ending — Subscription ends {date}, you'll keep access until then. Any leftover credit balance is refunded automatically at that point, using the same $5-minimum, purchase-history-based logic covered in Credits and costs.
