Deliverability

The Deliverability tab of an inbox's warmup detail view is where warmup's actual output shows up: a trend chart of where this inbox's traffic is landing, a rolled-up health score, and an opt-in blacklist monitor.

Placement & reputation trend

A chart tracks where this inbox's own warmup traffic actually lands, day by day: inbox, spam, or other. A row of range pills — 7d / 14d / 30d / All — controls how much history it shows.

This chart is built from the inbox's own ongoing warmup campaign — it aggregates where the warmup emails this inbox is already sending are actually landing, synced automatically roughly every 15 minutes. Loading this tab never triggers a live check; you're always looking at the most recent sync.

This is not the same thing as an Inbox Placement Test. This chart is a passive, ongoing rollup of your regular warmup traffic's real outcomes. A Placement Test is a separate, on-demand action — you explicitly send one test email to a panel of seed inboxes and get a one-off, detailed report back, at a Mailivery credit cost. They share a data provider, not a data source.

Health score

Below the trend chart, four independent letter grades summarize this inbox's overall standing.

Health score — read only

DNS grade

A

Domain age

B

Spam rate

C

Warmup duration

B

  • DNS grade — how cleanly the sending domain's authentication records resolve
  • Domain age — how established the sending domain is
  • Spam rate — how often warmup emails from this inbox are landing in spam
  • Warmup duration — how long this inbox has been actively warming up

A grade shows as a dash until there's been at least one refresh — grades aren't computed continuously, they're refreshed on demand via the status header's refresh button (the same one that refreshes ramp status).

Blacklist monitoring

Below the health score, a blacklist monitor card tracks whether this inbox's sending domain shows up on any DNSBLs. It's opt-in per inbox — nothing is monitored until you turn it on.

Clicking Set up monitoring derives the monitored domain automatically from the inbox's own email address — there's nothing to type in. Once set up:

  • A pill shows Clean (green) if the domain isn't flagged anywhere, or `{n}` listed (red) if it's currently on some number of blacklists.
  • A refresh icon lets you check the current status on demand, in addition to an automatic sync roughly every 6 hours.
  • Text under the pill reads "Last checked" followed by the date, or "Waiting on first check" if monitoring was just set up.

This card shows an aggregate count of how many blacklists are flagging the domain, not which ones by name. To see specific blacklist names, run an Inbox Placement Test — its results include a named, per-blacklist breakdown as part of the domain-health section.
