Lists & Contacts
A list is a named group of contacts scoped to a workspace. Campaigns enroll leads from a list; nothing sends without one. Contact identity is workspace-wide (keyed on workspace + email) — the same list membership doesn't duplicate a contact, but the same person can belong to more than one list.
The Lists page
Lists in the sidebar is a single table of every list in the workspace — there's no tab switcher here. Searching and importing leads directly is a separate sidebar item, Find Leads, not a tab within this page.
Lists
Import CSV on this page is a combined modal — it opens a real drag-and-drop CSV importer with column mapping, not just a bare "name a list" dialog. If you close it without attaching a file, it falls back to creating an empty list with whatever name you typed. See Importing contacts for the full flow either way.
List detail view
Opening a list (/dashboard/lists/[listId]) shows one of two states:
- Empty list — a centered placeholder: "No contacts yet — Import a CSV or add a contact to get started." No quality strip, no table, no Verify List button yet.
- List with contacts — the quality strip, then a filterable contact grid. Verify List only appears in the header once the list has at least one contact.

248 contacts
There is no "Enrich list" action anywhere on this page today — enrichment only happens through Lead Finder, which finds and imports contacts already enriched. A list you've built from CSV or manual add stays as-is unless you verify it or bring in Lead Finder results.
The quality strip
A one-line summary bar above the contact grid breaks the whole list down by verification outcome: Total, Verified, High prob., Catch-all, Risky, Invalid, No email, Unverified. Zero-count categories are dimmed rather than hidden, so the shape of your list is visible at a glance. The strip doesn't render at all on an empty list.
The contact grid itself can be filtered by status, source (Lead Finder vs. CSV & other), seniority, and tags, plus a free-text search across name and company — see the contact grid shown in Importing contacts.
How contacts get in
There are three ways a contact ends up in a list:
- CSV import — bulk, up to 5,000 rows per upload
- Manual add — one contact at a time, from either the list page or the Lists page's quick-add flow
- Lead Finder — searched and imported directly from the Find Leads page, arriving already enriched
